Digitalisation of Justice Highlighted at Asian Constitutional Courts Congress

Earlier in the week, Chief Justice Suryakant attended the 7th Congress of the Asian Association of Constitutional Courts in Samarkand. He delivered a keynote address titled “Digitising Justice: Charting the Supreme Court of India,” where he outlined India's roadmap for adopting AI‑driven case management, e‑filings, and virtual hearings. The speech was received positively by delegates from across Asia, who shared their own experiences of court modernization.
