Delhi Chief Minister Orders Probe into Saty Niketan Building Failure

Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta directed a magisterial inquiry into the Saty Niketan building collapse after visiting the site. She instructed officials to determine the exact causes of the failure, prepare a detailed report and file a First Information Report against the building’s owner. In her statement, the chief minister warned that anyone found responsible will face strict legal action under the appropriate sections of the law.
