Defence Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh Holds Talks in Yerevan

On 18 August, Defence Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh arrived in Yerevan for a series of high‑level discussions with Armenian officials. He first visited the Vazgen Sargsyan Military Academy, where an IT laboratory set up with Indian assistance was inspected.

During the visit, Singh was briefed on the weapon systems supplied by India and highlighted the expanding cooperation in capacity building and training. He also addressed faculty and staff, emphasizing the academy’s role in shaping character, decision‑making ability, and leadership skills.
