During a recent social media post, Uttarakhand’s Chief Minister underscored the Flag Temple’s importance to the state’s religious landscape. He described the shrine as a focal point of spiritual identity and unshakable devotion, noting that its location amidst natural splendor provides devotees with an experience of both inner calm and supernatural vitality.

The CM also mentioned the massive influx of worshippers during Navratri, describing the festive atmosphere, elaborate rituals, and the large number of pilgrims who travel to the temple for sunrise darshan. He urged all travelers to include the Flag Temple in their itinerary when visiting Pithoragarh.
