Chinese ministry calls EU's use of Digital Services Act penalties unfair

The Chinese side urged the European authorities to stop exploiting vague legal provisions and exercising arbitrary discretion. It called for equal treatment of Chinese firms and warned that any attempt to single out these companies will be met with firm resistance in accordance with international law and established trade practices.
