Titled ‘China in Spring: China’s Development and Global Opportunities,’ the event was co-hosted by China Media Group and Moscow’s Chinese Cultural Center, attracting around 200 prominent figures from both countries’ political, educational, and media spheres.
Shen Haixiong, head of CMG and a key CPC official, delivered a video address praising the recent Two Sessions for capturing worldwide attention. The approval of the 15th Five-Year Plan outline, he said, positions China as a beacon of high-quality growth, presenting unprecedented opportunities on the global stage.
Echoing this, Chiang Wei from China’s embassy in Russia described the plan as a roadmap bringing stability to turbulent times. It not only guides China’s future but also paves the way for enhanced practical exchanges with Russia, from trade to technology.
