Bruno Rodriguez Calls US Embargo a ‘Collective Punishment’

The Cuban diplomat labeled the long‑standing embargo a "collective punishment" that has driven prices up, eroded livelihoods and limited personal, familial and social development. According to his calculations, the sanctions have already caused a cumulative loss of $178.7 billion based on current price levels.
