New Delhi, July 30 – Following Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina Rahman's planned trip to India, diplomatic channels between the two South Asian neighbours have shown renewed vigor. High Commissioner Dinesh Trivedi, after concluding talks with Bangladesh's senior foreign officials, conveyed a sense of confidence that all outstanding concerns can be settled amicably.

He recounted that the meetings were marked by warmth and a willingness to address topics ranging from the Teesta and Ganga water agreements to trade barriers. "We are looking at every issue with a positive perspective," Trivedi said.
