Strategic Airship Partnership with BLP Group Sets India on Global Stage

Earlier this year, Flying Whales and Indian conglomerate BLP Group announced the first phase of a strategic alliance aimed at creating a robust manufacturing base for heavy‑cargo airships. The collaboration focuses on assembling the LCA‑60T, a 200‑metre‑long, helium‑filled airship capable of carrying up to 60 tonnes in a single flight. The venture is designed to position India as a worldwide centre for this emerging transport technology, serving markets across Asia and the Middle East.
