In a move to fortify neighborly bonds, China and Vietnam will conduct their 10th Border Defense Friendship Exchange in mid-March. Spanning Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in China and Quang Ninh Province in Vietnam, the program extends to ports and Beibu Gulf territories.
