Along with this, groups working in forest produce processing at various Van Dhan Kendras also demonstrated their products. The Governor, taking information about the activities of the government, during the meeting with the women of the groups working in cashew processing at Bakavand Vandhan Kendra, Tamarind Candy making at Asana Vandhan Kendra, Agarbatti making and Chironji processing and Kundi Vandhan center, Gave information about making the market available for sale.
On this occasion, the Governor, Ms. Uike provided a check of Rs. 7 thousand 536 to Jai Maa Lakshmi Self Help Group Pusguda Godiyapal of Primary Forest Produce Cooperative Society, Ghotia as commission for collection of forest produce in the year 2020-21.
Describing Bastar as full of forest wealth, the Governor appreciated the efforts being made for collection of forest produce here and wished for the prosperity of the women involved in this work.
