US Remains Top Buyer as Indian Engineering Sales Reach $2.18 bn in July

The United States stayed the largest destination for Indian engineering output in July 2026. Export value to the U.S. grew 20 percent year‑on‑year to $2.18 billion. Over the April‑July window, total shipments to America summed to $7.78 billion, a rise of 11.8 percent compared with the previous year. China also displayed a sharp increase, with July exports jumping 32 percent to $349 million. Other mature markets such as Germany, the United Kingdom and Singapore recorded solid gains during the same period.
