In addition to the CEO’s salary hike, the DRHP shows a notable increase in sitting fees paid to NSE directors. Public Interest Director Sundar Rajarav Sudarshan received a fee of £42.5 lakh for FY 2025-26, up 22 per cent from £34.8 lakh in FY 2023-24. Non‑independent director Vinod Nair’s fee nearly doubled, rising to £20.8 lakh in FY 2025-26 from £10.5 lakh two years earlier. These adjustments are part of the broader compensation strategy disclosed ahead of the exchange’s upcoming public listing.
