Government Links NCS with Private Employers and Major Recruitment Portals

To broaden employment prospects, the Ministry has partnered with more than forty private companies and platforms such as Amazon, Swiggy, Zomato, Rapido, TCS iON, Quikr, and Findit. These collaborations give young job seekers direct access to private‑sector vacancies.

NCS is also integrated with several government initiatives, including E‑Shram, Skill India Digital Hub, EPFO, ESIC, and DigiLocker. Information from agencies like UPSC, SSC, Railway Recruitment Board, and ASRB is now available on the same portal, creating a comprehensive ecosystem for job aspirants.
