MSCI Small Cap index sees net loss of seven companies after review

In tandem with the main index changes, MSCI also overhauled its Domestic Small Cap Index. Twelve new shares were added while nineteen were deleted, resulting in a net reduction of seven constituents. The adjustment reflects the same criteria of market cap, liquidity and free‑float, and it is expected to influence the flow of passive capital into India’s small‑cap segment.
