CERT-In, the Indian government’s cybersecurity agency, has issued a high-severity security alert for users of Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox browsers. The agency revealed that older versions of these browsers contain several dangerous vulnerabilities that hackers could exploit to steal sensitive data or run malware on devices. The government has advised users to update their browsers immediately.
