He pointed out the strategic advantage for Luxembourg‑based companies to tap into India’s vast market and its skilled engineering talent pool.

Dells urged the creation of more direct channels between governmental agencies and private enterprises, suggesting joint incubation programmes and co‑funded demonstration projects. He highlighted successful precedents such as the leasing of transponder capacity on Indian communication satellites and the joint launch of Luxembourg satellites, which have already demonstrated viable commercial models.
