Indian Users Ready for AI‑Powered Devices as Trust Scores Surge
A fresh report dated June 30 reveals that 85 percent of Indian users have a strong belief in artificial intelligence and look forward to its future contributions. In addition, 94 percent assert that technology has already upgraded their daily living standards. The Technology Sentiment Index assigned India a score of 74 points, considerably higher than the global mean, signalling deep confidence in emerging technologies. The findings suggest that Indian consumers are poised to quickly adopt AI‑enabled gadgets that enhance productivity, streamline communication, and simplify chores. Devices such as smartphones, computers and other internet‑connected tools now dominate tasks ranging from professional work to entertainment, messaging and monetary transactions, prompting expectations of smooth, uninterrupted digital experiences. Federico Bunge, chairman of the reporting organization, pointed out that worldwide, connected technology is becoming an indispensable part of everyday life, and that the most crucial factor is personalising the tech experience while preserving ease, trust and dependability. In India, this transformation is happening at speed, with a digitally literate audience swiftly embracing AI‑driven innovations and seeking hassle‑free experiences that blend into their routines. When issues like poor connectivity or insufficient storage surface, they affect everyday schedules, making reliable device operation and prompt support services vital. Device protection plans are emerging as essential for increasing consumer trust and enhancing brand perception; 97 percent said a tailor‑made protection plan would encourage them to purchase a new device and opt for a security package. Country director Harini Kannan described India as one of the world’s most dynamic and rapidly advancing connected consumer markets, offering companies a significant chance to differentiate through superior protection and service offerings.
