Semiconductor and AI Projects Highlight Gujarat’s Emerging Tech Landscape

The upcoming summit will showcase Gujarat’s push into advanced technologies. Dholera’s semiconductor park and AI research centers are attracting fresh capital, signalling the state’s shift toward high‑value manufacturing.

Representatives from DCM Shriram emphasized their three‑decade journey in Gujarat, expanding a 100‑ton castic soda unit to a 2,250‑ton capacity plant and developing several value‑added businesses.

Over the past three and a half years, the company has invested roughly ₹5,000 crore in the state and is planning an additional ₹8,000‑₹10,000 crore over the next four to five years, underscoring the confidence in Gujarat’s growth trajectory.
