Adani Total Gas Posts 34% Revenue Growth in September Quarter

Adani Total Gas Limited has announced its September quarter results for FY27, showing strong top-line growth alongside a modest rise in profit. Net profit increased 3 percent year-on-year to Rs 167 crore.

The company's operating income surged 34 percent to Rs 2,102 crore, compared with Rs 1,569 crore a year earlier.

EBITDA for the quarter rose 12 percent year-on-year to Rs 340 crore. Half-yearly EBITDA grew 3 percent to Rs 621 crore.

Sanjay Pandita, CEO of the company, said the team delivered a notable performance in the second quarter. He credited rising CNG demand and greater PNG penetration for a 12 percent increase in volumes and a 34 percent rise in income.

He noted that these results came in a difficult environment marked by the West Asia conflict, high Brent and spot gas prices, currency depreciation, and lower APM gas allocations.

By segment, CNG volumes increased 17 percent year-on-year in Q2 FY27 due to network growth. PNG volumes rose 3 percent, and total volumes grew 12 percent.

The company now has around 11.81 lakh homes connected through PNG.

Consolidated profit was Rs 173 crore for the second quarter and Rs 315 crore for the first half of FY27.

Adani TotalEnergies E-Mobility Limited has set up 5,513 EV charge points in 26 states and union territories and 225 cities. Their total capacity is roughly 63 MW, with 4,809 points now operational.

Adani TotalEnergies Biomass Limited sold 460 metric tonnes of compressed biogas during H1 FY27, including 195 tonnes through dedicated CBG stations.

Organic manure sales topped 6,865 tonnes, of which 1,757 tonnes were marketed under the 'Harit Amrit' brand.

For ESG performance, the company's NSE sustainability score climbed to 75, and its SES score improved to 75 out of 100.
