Minister for Secondary Education, Gulab Devi, wasted no time in congratulating the meritorious students. ‘Our girls have shown extraordinary progress,’ she said, linking their success to broader women’s empowerment. ‘In today’s era of respect for women and granting them rights, our daughters are paving the way.’

She elaborated on the cultural and natural supremacy of feminine energy, stating that women have always shouldered responsibilities admirably. Boys too performed well, but girls’ lead is undeniable.

Key highlights include joint first in high school by Sitapur’s Kashish Verma and Barabanki’s Anshika Verma at 97.83%, and Sitapur’s Shikha Verma topping intermediate at 97.60%. Over 8,000 exam centers in 75 districts hosted the tests from mid-February to mid-March.

These results not only boost individual aspirations but also spotlight the need for sustained educational reforms. As Minister Devi puts it, ‘When daughters shine, women rise’ – a mantra for India’s progressing society.
