The letter states, “The EC has granted an appointment for an interaction at 12:00 PM today. It is requested that, due to the limitation of space, names of up to 30 persons may kindly be intimated…”

The Congress/Opposition delegation will meet the Election Commission at 12 noon today. The Election Commission informed Jairam Ramesh about the meeting via a letter. Today, the opposition MPs will march from Parliament House to the Election Commission at 11:30 AM. The Congress had previously requested a meeting time from the Election Commission. The names of the members included in the delegation from the Congress side have not been revealed yet. It remains to be seen which opposition leaders will be meeting with the Election Commission.

The battle over voter lists continues. Rahul Gandhi and other opposition leaders are questioning the Election Commission on various grounds. Rahul Gandhi has directly accused the Election Commission of vote theft. He also launched a campaign in this regard the previous day.
