Housing and Environment Minister, Mr. Mohammad Akbar, during his one-day stay in Kabirdham district, on Monday, at Kawardha rest house, the amount approved by Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel for treatment from voluntary grant item and a total of Rs.6 lakh 30 thousand from his voluntary grant. While providing help, checks were distributed to the beneficiaries.
The Chief Minister voluntarily presented a check of Rs 5 lakh to Shiv Kumari Sharma of Kawardha for the treatment of her husband. Similarly, Uttam Kumar Markam Koyalari, Tirath Kesmarda, Digvijay Yadav, Dujram Yadav, Smt. Parvati Paraste, Smt. Ranamat Bai Village Darai, Shiv Kumar Sakjhar, Lunga Singh Bharsipkari, Smt. Kaushilya Bamhantra, Shri. , Mrs. Sauhatra Yadav Kholwa, Ajay Vaishnav Kholwa were given a check of seven thousand rupees each. Similarly, a check of three thousand rupees was given to Gulab Singh Andhari Cachar, Mohan Ram Andhari Cachar, Sanju Sakat, Suresh Andhari Cachar.
On this occasion, public representatives including Collector Shri Ramesh Kumar Sharma, Superintendent of Police Shri Shalabh Sinha, DFO Shri Dilraj Prabhakar, Municipality President Shri Rishi Sharma were present.

Chief Minister Mr. Baghel sanctioned financial assistance of Rs 06 lakh 50 thousand to seven persons with voluntary grant.
An amount of Rs 06 lakh 50 thousand has been approved by Bhupesh Baghel under the head of voluntary grant. Recipients of the grant include Mr. Damroo Bharti, resident of Malgaon village of Vikas Block, for treatment of Mr. Satyendra Tiwari’s son of Baba Bhairandev Ward No-03 of Block Bastar; For the treatment of Chandrakanti Bharti, daughter of Shri and Naveen Pujari of village Ulnar, financial assistance of Rs. 1 lakh was sanctioned for her own treatment. Similarly, Shri Hemant Chandel of Hatkachora Abdul Kalam Ward 40 along with Rs. 50 thousand each for the treatment of Purvanchal part son of Mr. Ansh Raghavan, son of Sanjay Gandhi ward number-34 of Jagdalpur and for repairing the house of Mr. Dasadeen Sriwas of ward number-15 of Nayapara. Financial assistance of Rs. 1 lakh 50 thousand was sanctioned for self-treatment.

Parliamentary Secretary and MLA Jagdalpur Shri Rekhachand Jain provided financial assistance of Rs 08 lakh 75 thousand to 90 people with his voluntary grant. He provided financial assistance of Rs 20-20 thousand to 19 people, Rs 15-15 thousand to 10 people, Rs 10-10 thousand to 06 people and Rs 05-05 thousand to 54 people. He provided this financial assistance on the basis of applications received during public relations tour.
