The district administration has imposed a period of lockdown to curb the corona. District Collector Shyam Dhavade has issued a new order and extended the lockdown till 31 May.
All boundaries of the district will remain sealed in lockdown. During this time, vegetable, fruit and grocery shops will be open from 6 am to 10 am. Apart from this, some other important shops have been given permission to open.
According to the bulletin, 368 new corona patients were found in Balrampur district on Friday. At the same time, 17392 corona patients have been identified. The number of active patients in the district is 3839 after the recovery of patients and confirmation of new cases.

And shops that have been given permission to open the shop. Instructions have been given to ensure that all the shopkeepers and all the people of their staff get antigen test done. He has said that antigen test should be done in urban areas. During this time, the team will consist of one revenue department employee, urban body employee, health department team and police department employee. This work should be done continuously for three to four days and the information should be sent in the prescribed form to the district office every evening in the evening. In compliance with this, antigen test of the relatives was done in all the urban body areas of the district today.
Collector has said that he should take action against the people who unnecessarily move out of the house, as per rules. He said that if there is a large number of baths in the village pond, then stop it. Provide testing and other urgent services in the Containment Zone and the area remains barricaded. Ensure barricading effectively in the entry way to the village. For the people staying in the Quarantine Center, continue the testing and the provision of food and water. While giving permission for the marriage program given by the subdivisional officer, please also provide the information to the applicant that the crowd does not gather more than the prescribed number in the marriage program. Apart from this, on the occasion of the official and employee function day of the Revenue and Police Department, check that there is no more crowd than the prescribed number. If anyone is found to be in violation of the rules, then penalty action should be taken. Similarly, this rule will be applicable to any other program that is allowed. Increased area and income of vegetable production and rabi crop has been increasing. The solar pump received under the Solar Sujala Scheme for the farmer Kanhaiya of village Chobhar of Chhuikhadan development block is not less than any gift. Farmer Kanhaiya told that he has 2.400 hectares of land, but the irrigation source in my field was tube well but due to lack of electricity supply, he was able to take only one crop of paddy in Kharif and missed the Rabi fall. He informed that information about Solar Sujala scheme was received by Agriculture Department and he installed Solar Sujala in the year 2018. He had to pay only 15 thousand farmers’ share and with the solar pump under solar sujala scheme, he is able to take gram, wheat and vegetable crops in paddy as well as rabi. Farmers of the district should avail Solar Sujala scheme on first come first served basis
Solar Sujala scheme is becoming useful for tribal farmers living in remote areas. The rivers, drains, wells etc. of the Vananchal region are the main sources of water, which the farmers use for farming, cultivation and vegetable production. Chhattisgarh government’s Solar Sujala scheme is a source of providing adequate water for irrigation by installing pumps at low cost to the farmers. CREDA Department Assistant Engineer Mr. Sandeep Bajare informed that pumps are also being installed in farmers’ fields and plantations in remote areas to give benefits to the farmers. Apart from this, beneficiaries are being benefited on first come first serve basis.
By applying through the Agriculture Department, Rural Agricultural Extension Officer and CREDA Department, the process of benefiting the farmers is going on continuously. Contribution of 15 thousand is given to the general class and 20 thousand. Similarly, for 5 HP Solar Sujala Yojana pump, the beneficiary share of 15 thousand and other backward classes is 20 thousand and 25 thousand for general category. He informed that a target has been set to install 2000 solar pumps in the year 2020-21. Apart from this, the beneficiaries do not have to pay any additional amount. So far, 6468 city solar pumps have been installed in the district. River, drain, well, tube well, etc. are installed to install solar pumps and solar pumps are installed on priority.
