    The second season will make its premiere on August 3.

    The first season ending on one of the protagonists Nick coming out bisexual and declaring officially that he and Charlie are together. The trailer of the upcoming season shows Nick and Charlie flaunting their relationship, as they spend quality moments together. As Charlie gives immense space for Nick to come out when he deems comfortable, the trailer also shows the growing relationship between Tao and Elle. As the teens take a trip to Paris, the second season promises to be more heartwarming and evolving character arcs.

  • Brie Larson’s sci-fi action ‘The Marvels’ second trailer out

    WASHINGTON: Makers of the upcoming sci-fi action movie ‘The Marvels’, on Friday (local time), unveiled the second trailer of the film.

    Taking to Twitter, production house Marvel Studios dropped the trailer and wrote, “This fall, #TheMarvels take flight. Watch the brand-new trailer, and don’t miss Captain Marvel, Monica Rambeau, and Ms Marvel’s cosmic team-up, only in theatres November 10.”

    According to Deadline, a US-based media outlet, ‘The Marvels’ plot follows Carol Danvers, aka Captain Marvel, who has reclaimed her identity from the tyrannical Kree and taken revenge on the Supreme Intelligence. However, unintended consequences see her shouldering the burden of a destabilized universe. When her duties send her to an anomalous wormhole linked to a Kree revolutionary, her powers become entangled with two other superheroes to form the Marvels.

    ‘The Marvels’ is all set to hit the theatres on November 10, 2023.

    The film stars Brie Larson who will be seen portraying the role of Captain Marvel, Teyonah Parris as Monica Rambeau who was introduced in the Disney+ series ‘Wanda Vision’ and Iman Vellani, who played Kamala Khan, in ‘Ms. Marvel’.

    Helmed by Nia DaCosta, the film is a sequel to 2019’s action film ‘Captain Marvel’.

    Soon after the trailer was out, fans flooded the comment section with red hearts and fire emoticons.

    “Best of luck with this movie,” a fan commented.

    Another user wrote, “HIGHER. FURTHER. FASTER.”

  • WATCH | The trailer for Stephan King’s ‘The Boogeyman’ out now

    The official trailer of the supernatural horror film The Boogeyman, the adaptation of a Stephen King short story, has been released by 20th Century Studios.

    The original short story The Boogeyman was first published in 1973 in an issue of the magazine Cavalier. 

    The story is told through the eyes of a psychiatrist. He listens to a patient who claims to be targeted by a supernatural creature. But it seems like the film is not just the direct adaptation of King’s original story. The trailer hints that the film revolves around the daughters of the psychiatrist.

    Directed by Rob Savage, who previously helmed Host, the film’s screenplay is penned by A Quiet Place writer duo Scott Beck and Bryan Woods with Black Swan writer Mark Heyman. 

    The film features Sophie Thatcher, Chris Messina, Vivien Lyra Blair, Marin Ireland, Madison Hu, LisaGay Hamilton and David Dastmalchian in key roles. The Boogeyman will hit theatres in the US on June 2.

    The film is based on the 2018 horror novel The Cabin at the End of the World. Knock At The Cabin stars Dave Bautista, Nikki Amuka-Bird, Abby Quinn, and Rupert Grint. The actors star as armed strangers who are holding a family hostage until they decide to give up one of their members as a sacrifice to prevent an apocalypse.

    The film stars Cillian Murphy as J Robert Oppenheimer, the American theoretical physicist who is called the ‘father of the atomic bomb’ and his role in the Manhattan project during World War II. Oppenheimer has been credited as the director of the Los Alamos Laboratory, a place known for assembling bombs.

    The two-minute trailer opens with a close-up shot of a bomb blast, as intercuts are shown of the making of the bomb. “We imagine a future and our imaginings horrify us.     The trailer gives us a deeper look into the world of Avatar and introduces us to new characters and hints at the conflicts and larger themes handled in the film. The much-awaited sequel to the 2009 sci-fi film is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on 16 December 2022.

    It was recently announced that Avatar: The Way of Water has a runtime of 3 hours and 10 minutes, which is 30 minutes longer than the original film.

    James Cameron, who has several films that stayed at the top of the global box office, took a decade-long hiatus from filmmaking to work on the Avatar sequels. It was previously announced that James Cameron was simultaneously working on Avatar 3, 4, and 5.

    The sequel brings back cast members Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldaña, Sigourney Weaver, and Stephen Lang, from the original film. The recurring cast members will be joined by newcomers Joel David Moore, CCH Pounder, Edie Falco, Jemaine Clement, Giovanni Ribisi, and Kate Winslet.

    It was earlier reported that James Cameron had already shot scenes for the planned sequels and is currently working on the visuals for the film.
