    By ANI
WASHINGTON: One-time Bond girl Tanya Roberts who was incorrectly declared dead on Sunday (local time) by her representatives, passed away on Monday night (local time).

According to Fox News, the late actor’s longtime partner Lance O’Brien on Tuesday (local time) said that Roberts died on Monday night after being hospitalised for complications of a UTI that he says had spread to her kidneys, liver, and gallbladder before it “got into her blood.”

    She was 65.

She was earlier wrongly reported to be dead by her partner on Sunday who on Monday morning clarified that though he thought she was dead, the hospital later called to clarify that she was alive.

Born Victoria Leigh Blum, Roberts had a glorious career in modelling and TV advertisements before making her film debut in 1975.

Roberts played Stacey Sutton in the 1985 James Bond film ‘A View to a Kill’ and Midge Pinciotti on ‘That ’70s Show.’

LOS ANGELES: Actress Tanya Roberts, best known for James Bond movie “A View to a Kill” and TV series “That ’70s Show”, was mistakenly announced as dead late Sunday night, her representative Mike Pingel said a day after he confirmed her demise to multiple outlets.

Pingel told The Hollywood Reporter that although her partner, Lance O’Brien, originally thought she had died, the hospital called Monday morning to report she was still alive.

Pingel, however, said Roberts, 65, remains in the ICU of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center here and her condition is still “not looking good”.

“I did get confirmation (of her death), but that was from a very distraught person (O’Brien).

“And so yes, this morning at 10 am the hospital did call to say that she was still alive but it’s not looking good. We will hopefully have information (soon). It’s upsetting,” the representative added.

During a video interview on Monday, Inside Edition captured O’Brien receiving a call telling him that Roberts had not passed.

“The hospital is telling me she is alive. They are calling me from the ICU team,” he told Inside Edition.

TMZ, who broke the news of Roberts’ alleged death, was also the first to report that she was still alive.

Cedars-Sinai Medical Center would neither confirm nor deny any information due to “patient privacy laws”.

The LA County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner said that Roberts is not a case in their department.

On Sunday, Pingel said Roberts had collapsed while walking her dogs on Christmas Eve, then was admitted to the hospital.

The Hollywood Reporter was unable to speak with O’Brien.

    She was 65.

A representative for Roberts told TMZ, the actor took her dogs for a walk on Christmas Eve and collapsed upon returning home.

She was put on a ventilator after being hospitalised, but never recovered.

Roberts was not ill in the days leading up to her death, the publication further stated.

Born as Victoria Leigh Blum, Roberts had a career modelling and appearing in television advertisements before turning to acting in 1975 with the horror movie “Forced Entry”.

After a number of bit-part roles in films like the comedy “Racquet” (1977) and the fantasy epic “The Beastmaster” (1982), she landed her most memorable role in the 1985 James Bond film “A View to a Kill”.

The film, which was Roger Moore’s last outing as Agent 007 James Bond, saw Roberts play Stacey Sutton, an American geologist who becomes a target of villain Max Zorin (Christopher Walken).

From 1998 to 2004, Roberts played Midge Pinciotti, the lovable but dim-witted mother of the red-haired tomboy Donna Pinciotti (Laura Prepon) on the television sitcom “That ’70s Show”.
