  • UP court to decide territorial jurisdiction of case against Smriti Irani on February 6

    By PTI
SULTANPUR: A court here fixed February 6 as the date for deciding the territorial jurisdiction of the case filed by international shooter Vartika Singh against Union minister Smriti Irani and two others.

Vartika had moved the court meant to try MPs and MLAs, alleging that the minister and her two alleged aides Vijay Gupta and Rajnish Singh demanded money to make her a member of a central women’s commission.

The hearing into the case was held on Tuesday and the court has fixed February 6 as the date for determining the territorial jurisdiction of the case, Vartika Singh’s counsel Rohit Tripathi said.

The shooter had alleged that people close to the minister issued her a fake letter, appointing her as a member of the central women’s commission, a possible reference to the National Commission for Women.

Vartika Singh alleged that Vijay Gupta and Rajnish Singh, the two alleged “aides” of the Union minister, initially demanded Rs 1 crore from her and then brought the amount down to Rs 25 lakh.

She also alleged one of the men talked to her in an obscene manner.

On November 23, however, Gupta had lodged a complaint against Vartika and another person at the Musafirkhana Police Station in Amethi district, accusing them of levelling unfounded charges against him and trying to spoil his image, following which police had lodged an FIR against her.

Vartika, however, claimed the complaint was lodged after she threatened to expose “corruption”.

  • TMC looted rations provided by Centre during lockdown: Smriti Irani

    By PTI
DUMURJALA: Accusing the ruling Trinamool Congress in West Bengal of indulging in corruption, Union Minister Smriti Irani said on Sunday that while Prime Minister Narendra Modi provided foodgrains for 80 crore people of the country for eight months during the pandemic, the rations were looted by the party in the state.

Maintaining that over 50 crore mandays were created under ‘Garib Rojgar Yojana’ for migrant workers returning home, Irani claimed that “it did not happen in Bengal”.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi had in June last year launched the employment scheme for migrant workers who had returned to villages from cities, during the coronavirus lockdown, to help them get jobs near their home and help in development of villages.

“The Prime Minister provided five kg rice and one kg dal for 80 crore people of the country for eight months through ‘Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana’, but in Bengal, TMC looted it during the lockdown,” she said addressing a BJP rally here.

Claiming that Shramik Special Trains arranged by the Centre were termed ‘Corona Express’ by Mamata Banerjee, Irani said, “I want to ask her whether sons and daughters from Bengal working in different parts of the country are considered viruses by her”.

  • Court fixes January 23 as next date of hearing in case filed by shooter Vartika Singh against Smriti Irani

    By PTI
SULTANPUR: An Uttar Pradesh court on Saturday fixed January 23 as the next date of hearing in the case filed by shooter Vartika Singh against Union minister Smriti Irani and two others for allegedly demanding money to make her a member of the central women’s commission.

The MP-MLA court has summoned Vartika Singh and witnesses Utkarsh Vikram, Ajit Pratap Singh, Krishna Pratap Singh and Kiran Singh for recording their statements.

Vartika Singh had filed a case of defamation against and her aides for maligning her image.

“I do not have any relationship with any political party,” Vartika Singh had said earlier.

Irani’s legal counsel had in earlier hearings described the case as based on “the most bizarre and mischievous set of falsehoods” and that “political patronage” is written large on the matter.

Days after she was herself named in a police complaint, the shooter had alleged that people close to the minister issued her a fake letter, appointing her as a member the central women’s commission, a possible reference to the National Commission for Women.

Vartika Singh had alleged that Vijay Gupta and Rajnish Singh, the two ”aides” of the Union minister, initially demanded Rs 1 crore from her and then brought the amount down to Rs 25 lakh.

She also alleged that one of the men talked to her in an obscene manner.

On November 23, however, Gupta had lodged a complaint against the shooter and another person at Musafirkhana Police Station in Amethi district, accusing them of levelling unfounded charges against him and trying to spoil his image, following which police had lodged an FIR against her.

Vartika Singh, however, claimed that the complaint was lodged after she threatened to expose “corruption”.

  • Kept my promise of visiting Amethi regularly unlike previous MPs: Smriti Irani

    By PTI
SULTANPUR: Taking a dig at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, Union minister and Amethi MP Smriti Irani on Thursday said she had kept her promise of visiting her Lok Sabha constituency regularly, whereas there was a time when its representative visited only once in five years.

Irani wrested Amethi from Gandhi, a seat he held for three consecutive terms, in the 2019 Lok Sabha polls.

“The Lok Sabha constituency of Amethi has seen a time when its MP used to visit once in five years to seek votes. One-and-a-half year ago, I had made a promise that I will come in your midst again and again,” Irani said in Rae Bareli.

“MPs and MLAs are regularly coming in your midst. In the time of coronavirus, they have been present through e-Choupal and resolved people’s problems,” said Irani, who was on a day-long visit to her constituency.

Later, in Sultanpur, the Union minister for textiles said the central and state governments are committed to ensuring that the poor and farmers benefit from different schemes.

She also asked all those eligible to avail the benefits of government schemes.

  • Editorial :- Did Imran Khan and Bajwa Beckoned Rahul Gandhi in Honey- Trap of 26/11 Gangster Hafiz Saeed?

Is this the reason why Rahul Gandhi has done elanen jang war with Imran Khan to remove Congress and Pakistan are united to remove the Modi Government? Now, is Rahul Gandhi’s choice for any Pakistani girl after turning down the Colombian and Spanish girl? Like Shashi Tharoor’s Mehar Tarar and Amarinder Singh’s Arusha Alam.

News of December 2, Sunday: – New weapon of terror, Honey Trap from social media. About two weeks ago, on November 17, a woman named Saeed Shajia was arrested from Bandipora. her age is 30-32 years. She used to trap youth in his network on social media and lured him to meet arms and ammunition from one place to another.

Terrorist organizations in Kashmir valley are using Honey Trap to woo youth>> Beautiful women on social media lure young people to lure them with arms to smuggling

    >> Use as a guide for terrorists infiltrating stranded youth in Honey Trap>> On 17th November, the woman named Sayed Shazia was arrested, many other women in the valley are also active.

Captain Sidhu said in Hyderabad that the caption (chief Minister of panjab) might be caption in the army. But he is not the caption of him. His Caption is only Rahul Gandhi   .Navjot Kaur Siddhu also said that her husband is a leader of the new generation of Congress, who believe only and only Rahul Gandhi’s words.

Union Minister Smriti Irani has demanded an explanation from Rahul Gandhi that needs to answer about Navjot Singh Sidhu’s conduct. during his visit to Pakistan for the Kartarpur Corridor program and his statement insults the Chief Minister of his state.

External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj also said that the ongoing dispute is between the “three captains” in the Congress. Congress President Rahul Gandhi, along with Pakistan, is making a dangerous conspiracy against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his government. Rahul Gandhi’s nephew Navjot Singh Sidhu has disclosed this. Sidhu has said that he went to Pakistan only on the advice of Rahul Gandhi and met Pakistan PM Imran Khan there. Pakistan’s Imran Khan and Rahul Gandhi are one to pronounce  elanen Jung : Congress-Pakistan will joined hands remove Modi Government. Clearly, Pakistan has been disturbed by the siege of Prime Minister Modi and here in India the Congress party also wants to remove the Modi government at any cost.

That is why Congress and Pakistan have joined hands. It is notable that it was noteworthy that on the instructions of the Congress high command earlier, Mani Shankar Aiyar also went to Pakistan and sought assistance from the ISI to remove the Modi government?

It is also appropriate to remember one more incident in this context. During the Gujarat assembly elections, a secret meeting at Manishankar Aiyar’s house was organized to cover up a conspiracy. Manmohan Singh and Hamid Ansari on the directions of the Congress high command and some other blind devotees of Ten Janapatra, where present at that meeting to shake hand Foreign Minister Kasuri and Pakistani ambassador.

Khalistani terrorist Gopal Chawla has taken his photographs with Sidhu and got viral in social media. But when criticized Sidhu said, I do not know Chawla. Similarly, in Hyderabad December 2, he had said that Congress President Rahul Gandhi had sent him to Pakistan.

Not only that, Siddhu had also disclosed that after his returning from Pakistan, Congress leaders such as Shashi Tharoor, Surajwala and Harish Rawat raised their enthusiasm by patting his back. But today, the same  Navjot Sidhu who is saying that he did not go Pakistan by the instruction of Congress President Rahul Gandhi.

Navjot Sidhu is now fame of social media: After the defectors, anti-country protesters now become Paltu Siddhu-Budhu. The media should now stop glorifying politicians as well. If a leader gives a statement before the media, then he should be brought to light. But later, if he speaks the white lie and rejects it then it would be good if the media did not discuss this to highlight the white lire.

Rahul Gandhi is likely to be trapped in the Pakistani Honey Trap. This is the possibility we have expressed that before his party’s top leader Shashi Tharoor and presently Punjab’s Chief Minister Amarinder Singh have also been trapped in the Honey Trap.

  • Editorial: – Know, why Dena Bank, Vijaya Bank and Bank of Baroda Merged ?

Taking lessons from the bank scandal on the calls of the namdass during the UPA regime, the NDA government now looks for banking reform.

It is notable that in the same way Indira Gandhi made important decisions for the nationalization of banks during her prime ministership. She nationalized 14 private banks on July 19, 1969. These banks were mostly occupied by large industrial houses. After this, the second round of nationalization took place in 1980, under which seven more banks were nationalized.

    >> According to Arun Jaitley, the government had declared in the budget that the merger of banks is its main agenda and the first step has been taken in this direction. Talking about the weakening of the country’s banking system, the Finance Minister said that due to non-payment of new loans, the investment in the corporate sector was adversely affecting. Arun Jaitley said that this merger will strengthen the bank and the ability to lend them will increase.

    >> The Finance Minister assured that the merger of these three banks is not bad news for any of these employees. “Any employee will not face any adverse situation,” he said. Earlier, the central government had merged the State Bank of India and its five associate banks last year.

    >> Arun Jaitley further said that due to the huge lending and huge gains in the stranded debt (NPA), the condition of the banks is poor. In the financial year 2017-18, the figure of NPA has been more than Rs 10 lakh crore. According to the finance minister, how bad the situation is, it can be traced only in 2015. He attributed this to the previous UPA government and said that he kept the eyes on NPA issue.

Mergers like SBI will not have any adverse effect on existing service conditions of the employees of the three banks. The government has a majority stake in 21 banks. These banks have more than two-thirds of the bank’s assets in Asia’s third largest economy.

However, along with these public banks, there is a large stake in trapped debt. The area is affected due to this immersed debt and millions of rupees are required in the next two years to comply with global Basel-III capital regulations.

Smriti Irani had said a few days ago that Sonia’s leadership had done bad things to the banks.

It is worth noting that PM Modi also said this during a program organized here on the occasion of the inauguration of the payment bank of the Postal Department a few days ago. He said that until four to five years ago, most of the capital of the banks was reserved for close relatives of only one family. PM Modi said that since 2008, a total of 18 lakh crore rupees had been given for the year 2008, but in the next six years, this figure has reached Rs 52 lakh crore.

PM Modi asked for someone’s name, “Loan on call calls made by Namdhars were given. He said that on the anniversary of the nominees, the banks lend millions of rupees to the traders keeping the rules in mind. ”

PM Modi had said that it was well aware that debt will not be made, banks have given loans to some people on the order of a family. When the borrowers were unable to pay the debt, the banks were pressured to reorganize that loan. They accused the previous UPA government of concealing information related to non-executed assets (NPAs).

PM Modi said that after coming to power in the NDA government in 2014, he analyzed the situation in a big way and asked banks to strictly recover the outstanding loans.

It is true that the Congress has laid landmines in the way of the economy. Our government presented the correct picture of NPA and the previous government scandal was brought to the fore. During the last four years, all the loans have been reviewed more than Rs. 50 crores and the rules have been asked to ensure strict compliance.

’12 lacs of Rs. 1.75 crores on 12 major debt defaulters. The other 27 defaulters have owed one lakh crore rupees. We have never given any loan to one of these 12 big defaulters.
