Shivakumar, who also serves as the Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee President, has labeled Shivaganga’s statement a violation of party discipline, indicating that a notice would be issued. Shivaganga, the MLA from Channagiri, made the statement in Davanagere, claiming Shivakumar’s ascension to the CM post post-December.
