“People are scared to speak the truth,” Bharadwaj asserted. This tactic, he said, shields the government from accountability, converting India into what he termed a full-fledged ‘police state.’

The AAP leader didn’t stop there. He dissected the Noida case of engineer Yuvraj’s tragic demise, accusing police of coercing witnesses into flipping their testimonies to align with official narratives. Justice, in this view, has become a casualty of political expediency.

Turning to Sambhal, Bharadwaj decried the transfer of a judge who had the audacity to register an FIR against a police figure glorified by the BJP. “Law is bending to the whims of the powerful,” he thundered, warning that granting such unchecked authority to officers erodes public trust.
