<p>Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit Gujarat on August 25 and 26. During his visit, he will inaugurate and lay the foundation for numerous projects in Ahmedabad and Hansalpur. These projects represent an investment of over ₹5400 crore for the state of Gujarat.</p>



<p>Over ₹1400 crore will be dedicated to railway projects. These projects include the doubling of the Mahesana-Palanpur railway line and gauge conversion of the Kalol-Kadi-Katosan and Becharaji-Ranuja railway lines. Additionally, a new passenger train will commence operations between Katosan Road and Sabarmati, along with a car-loaded freight train from Becharaji.</p>



<p>Projects include road and bridge initiatives, with new underpasses and overbridges planned on the Ahmedabad-Mahesana-Palanpur and Ahmedabad-Viramgam roads. These developments aim to improve travel and freight transport efficiency through road widening.</p>



<p>Power projects worth over ₹1000 crore will be inaugurated in Ahmedabad, Mahesana, and Gandhinagar. These projects are designed to reduce power outages and disruptions caused by adverse weather conditions.</p>



<p>Urban development projects will include slum redevelopment in the Ramapir No Tekro area of Ahmedabad, expansion of the Sardar Patel Ring Road, and new water and sewerage projects.</p>



<p>Administrative and digital projects will include the establishment of a new Stamps and Registration building in Ahmedabad and a State-Level Data Storage Center in Gandhinagar, aimed at improving government operations and digital services.</p>



<p>On August 26, PM Modi will inaugurate two significant achievements in the green energy and automobile sectors in Hansalpur: the launch of Suzuki&#8217;s first global electric car, the e-VITARA, which will be exported to 100 countries. Local production of hybrid battery electrodes at the TDS Lithium-Ion Battery Plant will commence, with the goal of manufacturing over 80% of the batteries within India.</p>
