  • Recruitment of 50 posts of Assistant Professor Hindi in Higher Education Department, selection list released

    Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission has released the selection list of vacant assistant professor Hindi posts of Higher Education Department. Class wise selection list has been released on the basis of merit order of the marks obtained in the written examination and interview of the candidates. In the written test result released on January 19, each post was tripled, ie 150 candidates were to be identified for the interview. Class-wise, sub-class-wise, 152 candidates were identified based on the availability of qualified candidates. A total of 152 candidates invited for interview were interviewed from 23 February to 25 February. According to the availability of candidates for the total 50 posts, the selection list and supplementary list has been released. The list has been uploaded on the Commission’s website www.psc.cg.gov.in.

  • State Service Preliminary Examination by Public Service Commission on 14 February

    The State Service Preliminary Examination 2020 will be conducted by Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission on February 14. A total of 10 examination centers have been set up in the district for this examination to be conducted in two shifts from 10 am to 12 noon and from 3 pm to 5 pm. Collector Shri Jai Prakash Maurya has appointed Deputy Collector Shri HL Gaikwad as Nodal Officer for smooth conduct of the examination. Along with this, he has formed a flying squad to check the trend of cheating in the examination and to inspect the examination center.   • Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission released the selection list for the posts of Assistant Director Agriculture

    Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission has released the selection list of Assistant Director Agriculture Department. The selection list has been released against the total 25 posts of Assistant Director Agriculture as per the availability of candidates. The list has been uploaded on the Commission’s website www.psc.cg.gov.in. The Public Service Commission had identified 75 candidates for the post of advertised in the written test result released on 20 January i.e. 75 candidates for interview for the selection of Assistant Director Agriculture. Out of 75 candidates invited for interview, 3 candidates were found absent and 3 were ineligible. The remaining 69 candidates were interviewed from 5 to 6 February.

  • Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission selected process of 2480 posts done in last 10 months despite Corona crisis

    In the last 10 months, Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission has taken action to select 2 thousand 480 posts of various divisions in spite of the circumstances of corona infection. Whereas in earlier years even under normal circumstances where only one examination could be held in a year and it took 2 to 3 years for the examination to be conducted. Following the Corona Protocol by the Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission, a major achievement has been achieved by conducting so many examinations in such a short time compared to other states. Chhattisgarh PSC’s achievement has been completed by completing the selection proceedings and sending letters of recommendation to various departments of the state government. The target was to send letters of recommendation by June 2021 by selecting candidates on 2480 posts advertised by the Commission, which is towards completion.
    Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission took the written examination of 1384 posts of Assistant Professor Examination on 5 to 8 November 2020, the result of which has been declared on 19 January 2021. Candidates are being interviewed from 9 February 2021. Similarly, written examination was conducted on 21 September 2020 for 39 posts of Behavioral Judge. The selection list was released on 7 November 2020, with the results declared on 13 October 2020. The result of the written examination of the behavioral judge was released within one month and within 20 days, action was taken to send the selection list to the department of recommendation.
    A written examination was conducted by the Commission on 26 November 2019 for 56 posts of Granthalapal, the result of which was released on 17 March 2020 and the selection list was released on 12 September 2020. Similarly, written examination was held on 26 November 2019 for 61 posts of Sports Officer and on 18 March 2020, the selection list was released on 17 March 2020.     The examination results were declared on 12 June 2020 by conducting preliminary examination on 9 February 2020 for 242 posts and the date has been fixed from 15 March to 18 March 2021 for the main examination.

  • Interview of Assistant Professor posts in Public Service Commission on 9 and 10 February

    The interview of 93 candidates identified for the post of Assistant Professor for the disciplines of Law, Sanskrit, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Forestry, Biotechnology and Geology has been conducted by the Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission on 9 and 10 February 2021. The documents of the candidates identified for the interview will be verified in two shifts one day before the interview date from 9 am to 12 noon and 1 pm to 5 pm. Candidates absent in verification of documents will not be allowed to appear in the interview.

    The written examination was conducted from 05 November 2020 to 08 November 2020 by Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission for a total of 58 advertised posts of Assistant Professor Law, Sanskrit, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Forestry, Biotechnology, Geology (Department of Higher Education). The examination results of these posts have been released on 19 January 2021. A total of 93 candidates have been identified for interview on the basis of written test scores and availability of qualified candidates.
    Candidates should have obtained the necessary educational qualifications and other qualifications certificates on or before the last date fixed for applying online. The certificates of educational qualifications and other qualifications issued on the date after the last date of online application will not be valid. In this regard, the origin of educational documents, permanent caste, residence, income, disabled certificate, identity card, other certificates. A copy and one verified or self-attested photocopy will have to be submitted. Candidate candidature will be terminated due to lack of necessary educational qualification, other certificates and no application will be accepted in this regard.
    Considering the infection of Novel korana virus (Kovid-19), entry into the office premises is prohibited except for the candidates. It is mandatory for the candidates to install facemask and keep hand sanitizer. Candidates who appear for the interview without facemask and head sanitizer will not be allowed to appear in the interview.
