Suhana Khan, daughter of Shah Rukh Khan, is reportedly facing potential difficulties concerning a significant property deal. This comes at a time when Shah Rukh Khan is also focusing on his children’s careers, with his son, Aryan, set to make his directorial debut and Suhana herself preparing for her theatrical debut in the upcoming film ‘King’. The recent purchase of land in Alibaug by Suhana Khan is now under scrutiny. Reports suggest that the multi-crore deal may have been conducted without the necessary permissions.

Suhana Khan had purchased land in the village of Thal, Alibaug. The land was reportedly acquired for approximately 12.91 crore. Information has surfaced indicating that the land, originally allocated by the government for agricultural purposes to farmers, was purchased by Suhana Khan without obtaining the required permissions. This has raised concerns about the legality of the transaction. This situation has led to an investigation into the matter. The Alibaug Tehsildar has been requested to submit an unbiased report. Resident Deputy Collector Sandesh has issued an order concerning the investigation. A report on the deal is expected soon. Documents related to the land purchase registered Suhana Khan as a farmer. The property is registered under the name Deja Vu Farm Pvt Ltd, a company directed by Gauri Khan’s mother and sister-in-law. This was her first property in Alibaug. Following this, she made another investment, purchasing a 10 crore property on the Alibaug beachfront within a year.

Producer Boney Kapoor has approached the Madras High Court, alleging that three individuals are illegally claiming ownership of a property in Chennai that belonged to his late wife, actress Sridevi. Kapoor has filed a petition accusing the three individuals of fraudulent activities. He informed the court that Sridevi had purchased the property on April 19, 1988, from a man named M.C. Sambanda Mudaliar. The filmmaker stated that Mudaliar had three sons and two daughters, and the family had a property partition agreement in February 1960. Based on this agreement, Sridevi acquired the property. However, recently, three individuals began asserting claims to the property. One of these individuals is a woman who claims to be the second wife of one of Mudaliar’s three sons, and the other two are her sons. In his petition, Boney Kapoor stated that the woman’s claim of marriage on February 5, 1975, is invalid as her alleged husband’s first wife passed away on June 24, 1999. Boney Kapoor also questioned the issuance of legal heir certificates to the three individuals and requested the court to revoke them. Justice N. Anand Venkatesh, after hearing the producer’s petition, instructed the Tambaram Taluk Tahsildar to make a decision within four weeks. The property in question is located on East Coast Road (ECR) in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and is used by the family as a farmhouse.

In a bizarre incident from Bath village, Bhagalpur, Bihar, a man named Ramesh Mishra was shocked to find himself declared dead by his own son and daughter-in-law. Upon returning to his ancestral home after retiring from the Jharkhand Transport Department, Mishra discovered that his son, Kundan Mishra, and daughter-in-law, Rupam Mishra, had fraudulently declared him deceased to sell approximately three kewala (land parcels) of his property. Not only were false documents prepared for the land sale, but the daughter-in-law also signed as a witness. The scheme came to light when villagers began taunting Mishra, calling him a ghost. Initially dismissing it as a joke, he was stunned when he learned the truth. He then discovered that his son had sold his land on June 20, 2024, to Lucy Kumari, wife of Rajesh Kumar. After his complaint was ignored by the local police and senior officials, Mishra sought justice and approached the Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) court. He even submitted an affidavit affirming he was alive. The CJM has requested a full investigation report from the Bath police station, and further action will be decided based on the report.

A man in Odisha, initially believed to have died by self-immolation, was the victim of a brutal murder, police investigations revealed. Jyotiranjan, a resident of Saripur village, succumbed to severe burn injuries at AIIMS Bhubaneswar. His father, stepmother, and stepbrother have been arrested in connection with the crime. The incident, which occurred under the jurisdiction of the Balianta Police Station, was initially classified as self-immolation. However, further investigation, prompted by the victim’s wife, Bijayalaxmi Behera, unveiled a premeditated act of violence. Allegedly, the suspects poured petrol on Jyotiranjan and set him alight on Friday, driven by a longstanding family dispute over land. Before his death, Jyotiranjan received initial medical attention at the Aithantar Community Health Centre and was later transferred to Capital Hospital before being moved to AIIMS Bhubaneswar. Post-mortem reports are pending, which are expected to provide further clarity and evidence in the case. The arrested individuals have been identified as Surendranath Mathia (74), Parvati Mathia (50), and Prashant Kumar Mathia (34). Bijayalaxmi Behera’s FIR indicates the land dispute arose from her father-in-law’s refusal to grant Jyotiranjan his rightful share of the family property. What was initially considered a suicide attempt is now being treated as an attempted murder.
