    The emergence of Swami Vivekananda has proved unforgettable in Indian history and culture. He had woven India’s dream of independence decades ago. He inspired the country not only to be politically independent but also to be culturally independent. He believed in the living of Indian society. He considered spirituality to be the main feature of India, but when he saw that life is being neglected here, then he called for a massive change in the society.

    The Chief Guest of the Web Seminar on Swami Vivekananda organized by National Teacher Consciousness: Social, Cultural and Educational Perspectives was Prof. Shailendra Kumar Sharma, Head of the Hindi Department of Vikram University, Ujjain. The program was presided over by Dr. Shahabuddin Niaz Mohammad Sheikh, a senior academician from Pune. The distinguished guests were senior expatriate litterateurs Sureshchandra Shukla, Sharad Alok, Oslo, Norway, Dr. Rashmi Choubey, Ghaziabad, Dr. Prabhu Chaudhary and Lata Joshi Mumbai, General Secretaries of the institution.
