Therefore, Sukhdev Prasad, the Panchayat Secretary of Gram Panchayat Semrakhurd, Janpad Panchayat Pratapur, is suspended with immediate effect under Rule 4 of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Service (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1999, for the above-mentioned actions.
