A Bangladesh batsman mentioned that using the ProVelocity bat is a new concept and they are enjoying the sessions with Wood. In a recent video shared by BCB, Wood instructed Bangladesh’s T20 captain, Litton Das, to play shadow shots ranging from drives to square cuts and pulls with the ProVelocity bat.

Julian Wood has previously worked with England’s batsmen on power-hitting batting. He taught England’s players hitting techniques, which significantly improved their performance. Regarding the Asia Cup 2025, Bangladesh is scheduled to play their first match on September 11th against Hong Kong. They are in a group with Sri Lanka and Afghanistan.
