The newly posted Collector Shri Bhoskar Vilas Sandipan has directed for early disposal of pending applications by taking a meeting of the deadline in the Collectorate meeting room today. After the introduction of the officers, the proceedings of the meeting started. Ensure prompt resolution of letters received from Chief Minister’s Secretariat Divisional Commissioner’s Office, Public Grievance Redressal Cell (PNG). The Collector said that the threat of Kovid infection is not over yet. Take care of yourself and take care of your family too. He advised to follow the covid protocol.
The Collector said that the officers should work in coordination with each other in this direction to get the benefit of various welfare schemes of the government. The Collector instructed the officers to prepare a list for the proposed virtual launch of the Chief Minister and the program of Bhoomi Pujan and submit it to the CEO of the District Panchayat. Regarding the virtual yoga practice of International Yoga Day on 21st June, the Deputy Director Social Welfare Department was instructed to give wide publicity to it.
Additional Collector Mr. Sanjay Kumar Dewan, District Panchayat Chief Executive Officer Mrs. Rita Yadav, Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue) along with district level officers of various departments, CEO of Janpad Panchayat and CMO of urban body were present in the meeting.

Collector Shri Jai Prakash Maurya has emphasized on the quality and speedy disposal of letters received from Chief Minister Janchaupal, Minister in-charge and pending letters of Collector Janchaupal. He has also asked to make a roster, on the basis of which district level officers can also be present in one of the camps of Janchaupal camp to be held on the first and fourth Saturday of every month. For this, he has asked Additional Collector Mr. Dilip Agarwal to make a roster at the earliest. Collector Shri Maurya was taking a meeting of the time limit from 11 am today at the collectorate meeting hall. During this, he gave the above instructions.
At the meeting, the Collector asked the Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat Shri Mayank Chaturvedi to ensure that maximum number of laborers are provided employment under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme. C.E.O. Mr. Chaturvedi informed that currently 52 thousand workers in the district are getting work every day under MNREGA. On this occasion, the collector gave strict instructions to all the officials in view of the assembly session that no one should leave the district headquarters without permission. He has also directed that precaution be taken in the information to be prepared for the questions raised in the Vidhan Sabha.
In today’s meeting, the Collector emphasized on working in mutual harmony with all the departments to make 22 Gothans of the district organized and model. While reviewing the corona vaccination in the district, the Collector insisted on 100% vaccination of first line corona warriors. It was told that in the first phase 7597 Corona Warriors were given the first dose of Covishield, while the second dose is being vaccinated after 28 days. Under this, one thousand eleven people have been vaccinated so far. On this occasion, he also reviewed the pending cases of the deadline department-wise and insisted on resolving them properly. Forest level officer Smt Satovisha Samajdar along with district level officer and subdivisional officer revenue and other block level officials were connected through video conferencing.
