Babita is likely the first from her community to become a JPSC officer. She is the eldest of four siblings, completing her education in Dumka. Despite facing family pressure for marriage, she chose to pursue her dreams. Through self-study and online resources, she dedicated herself to 5-6 hours of study daily, ultimately cracking the exam. Her achievement serves as a source of inspiration, especially within the Paharia community, which faces educational challenges. The JPSC Civil Services Examination 2023 results were announced on July 25, with 342 candidates declared successful.
