  • Budget session 2021: Officer-employees will not be able to go on leave without the permission of the Collector.

    The tenth session of the fifth Vidhan Sabha of Chhattisgarh will start from 22 February and will run till 26 March 2021. Information about assembly questions received during assembly session has to be sent immediately by fax and special vehicle. During the session, District Collector Shri Shiv Anant Tayal has directed the officers-employees for immediate action. During the assembly session, no officer or employee shall leave on any kind of leave without the prior permission of the Collector. Appoint the Nodal Officer in the respective offices for answering the assembly questions, and inform the Nodal Officer name, phone number, mobile number to the District Office. During the assembly session, for every assembly question that is received, send the information within the stipulated time, maintain a register in your office and get complete information from the information till the reply is sent and keep the register always updated. The nodal officer should also review the assembly question, pending, time period etc.
    Information of the assembly question is sent, a copy of that information must be sent to the District Office Superintendent Branch. While sending the answer to the Vidhan Sabha question, the answer and information transmitted to that subject in the past must be studied, so that there is no conflict or confusion. Office heads will set up control rooms in their offices to send and receive information about assembly questions etc. and send a copy of the order to the Superintendent District Office by imposing duty of employees on holidays. Attention notice is compulsorily sent within 24 hours of receiving notice. Be sure to follow this instruction strictly. The head of the office should prepare a list showing the full address of the phone number and mobile number and the residence of all the officers and employees in their office, so that there is a facility to obtain the information and information of the assembly question.
