It featured numerous puns based on her song titles and was set to the song ‘Welcome to New York,’ which alluded to the Kansas City Chiefs’ game against the New York Jets.

The broadcast also mentioned how disabled Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers, who attended the game for the first time since suffering a season-ending injury in the first game of the season, went on Swift’s Eras Tour with his friend Miles Teller over the summer.

Several times, both in the studio and on the field, the broadcasters referred to the game as “star-studded.”

  • Cameron Diaz returns to acting with Netflix’s ‘Back In Action’

    By PTI

LOS ANGELES: Hollywood star Cameron Diaz is coming out of retirement for “Back In Action”, a Netflix film with Jamie Foxx.

The project reunites Diaz and Foxx, who worked together on 1999’s sports drama “Any Given Sunday” and 2014’s “Annie” remake, which was Diaz’s final film role before “retiring”.

Foxx made the announcement on social media, where he posted audio of him, Diaz and NFL star Tom Brady talking.

“I don’t know how to do this, you know?” Diaz, who officially confirmed her retirement from Hollywood in 2018, says in the clip.

To which Brady says, “I was talking to Jamie, and he said you needed a few tips on how to un-retire. And I am relatively successful at un-retiring.”

Brady, who won six Super Bowls with the New England Patriots, had retired earlier this year but returned to the field just weeks later.

Foxx said he had to call in the GOAT, an acronym for ‘Greatest Of All Time’, to bring back another one.

“…@CameronDiaz and I are BACK IN ACTION – our new movie with @NetflixFilm. Production starting later this year!!” the Oscar winner wrote in his tweet.

Diaz, the star of “Charlie’s Angels” franchise and “There’s Something About Mary”, said only Foxx could have convinced her to return to films.

“I can’t frickin wait it’s gonna be a blast!” she wrote in an Instagram Story following the announcement.

According to Variety, Seth Gordon will direct the movie from a script he wrote with Brendan O’Brien. Plot details are being kept under wraps.

Foxx is executive producing “Back in Action” with Datari Turner, O’Brien and Mark McNair. Producers are Beau Bauman for Good One Productions and Gordon via Exhibit A.

  • Pete Davidson headed to space on Blue Origin craft

    By Associated Press

NEW YORK: Pete Davidson is heading to space. The “Saturday Night Live” star is among the six passengers on the next launch of Jeff Bezos’ space travel venture Blue Origin, the company announced Monday.

The launch is scheduled for March 23 and Davidson will be the third celebrity on a Blue Origin flight. William Shatner was on a flight in October, blasting off from West Texas and reaching a height of roughly 66 miles above Earth on the 10-minute jaunt.

Former NFL great and “Good Morning America” co-host Michael Strahan flew on Blue Origin’s second passenger flight in December, joining astronaut Alan Shepard’s daughter on the journey. Bezos, the founder of Amazon, flew on the company’s first passenger flight last July.

The other passengers on next week’s flight are CEO and investor Marty Allen; Sharon and Marc Hagle; teacher and entrepreneur Jim Kitchen and George Nield, a former NASA manager who has worked to promote commercial spaceflight.

Marc Hagle is CEO of the commercial and residential property company Tricor International. His wife, Sharon Hagle, founded SpaceKids Global, a nonprofit aimed at inspiring children about spaceflight.

Blue Origin flights give passengers a few minutes of weightlessness above the Earth’s surface before the capsule parachutes and lands in the West Texas desert. The company has not disclosed the ticket price for paying customers.

Davidson, who is currently dating reality star Kim Kardashian, wrote and starred in the semi-autobiographical film “The King of Staten Island,” which was released in 2020.
