The party leadership has directed the cadre and leaders to get at least five motorcyclists from each polling booth. All the party leaders, including parliamentarians, legislators and office-bearers, have been directed to ensure full participation in the rally, which will be a show of strength. There are about 1,60,000 polling booths in the 80 parliamentary and 403 assembly constituencies in 75 districts.

  • If Congress appoints ‘external’ as party president, then believe in Nehru’s Democratic system: Prime Minister Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday hit back at Congress for its leader Shashi Tharoor’s ‘chaiwala’ remark and dared the party to make someone outside the Gandhi family its president for at least five years.

Modi said if Congress makes someone who is not from the (Gandhi) family as party president for at least five years, then he will believe that Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru really created a truly democratic system there. Addressing a campaign rally for the second phase of Chhattisgarh Assembly elections scheduled on November 20, Modi said, “I want to challenge them. Let some good leader of
Congress outside of the family become the party president for five years, then I will say that Nehru ji really created a truly democratic system there”.

Modi’s attack came after Tharoor credited institutional structures created by Jawaharlal Nehru for a “chaiwala” like Narendra Modi becoming the prime minister of the country.

The PM has repeatedly attacked the Gandhi family on the poll trail in Chhattisgarh and continued in the same vein, saying four generations of Congress ruled the nation and they should give an account of what they have done for the country.

“People have disproved that it was the “right of only one family” to speak from the ramparts of the Red Fort in Delhi,” he said.

“You can’t understand the difficulties faced by the poor but a chaiwalla can,” Modi said in an attack on the Congress and the Gandhis.

“They (Congress) have kept the country in the dark with their lies which are ingrained in their minds,” Modi said, not mincing words to target the principal opposition party and its top leaders.

On the impressive turnout in the first phase of polling held on November 10, Modi said, “People of Bastar in Chhattisgarh gave a strong response to Naxals by registering record voting percentage in the first phase”.

  • Editorial :- Bhaajapa Ke Paas Hai Narendra Modi Ke Roop Mein Krshna Ka Maargadarshan

In this editorial we will discuss some pre poll survey which has been published in two newspapers today and two surveys were published today.

All these pre-poll surveys have been considered that PM Modi is still the most popular leader among the public as the Prime Minister.

While discussing all these surveys, I am remembering one sentence of Mahabharata. Both Kourav and Pandav reached the same time for help with Lord Krishna. At that time Lord Krishna asked the Kurus that they want help from my alone or want to get help from my Virat army. On this, the Kurus immediately demanded the Virat Sena. When Pandavas were asked, he said that we should not be the Vishal army but you just need Krishna God.

Similarly, in the public’s court, both the opposition and the BJP are begging for the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. The Leadership Opposition is presenting itself as a great coalition. While the BJP says that they want the guidance of Krishna as a ten-headed Ravana or not of the unarmed army which has been organized by the Kauravas, but Narendra Modi.

Similarly, in today’s newspapers, a congressional Congress has also been published, according to which the PM Modi is still the most loved among the public in India. But Rahul is also at a far less distant distance.

Two pre-poll surveys were published in newspapers today. According to a survey, the Times Now and the CNX, according to which the elections in Rajasthan are in November, according to the survey, 79 percent of Rajasthan people want to see Modi and 23 percent of Rahul as the prime minister.

  • Editorial :- CBI Kaand Mein Haath hai Haath ka…

What will be the issue in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections like 2014, Moin Qureshi?
The lines of controversy arising between the top executives of the CBI are directly related to the Mita businessman Moin Qureshi. During the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, BJP candidate Narendra Modi had put the UPA 2 government in jeopardy, describing the relationship between a Meite Export Company and Havala in a election meeting and a close aide of 10 Janpath. This issue has helped the BJP reach the 2014 Lok Sabha elections.

Now the alleged scandal of the CBI, the biggest investigating agency in the country, has come out due to the same Miyan Quraishi businessman. The elections of 2019 are close and in such a situation, the opposition Congress, especially the Congress, has defeated Mr. Satish Sana, a prominent leader of the Moin Quraishi, to defeat Modi’s weapon, which is a hoax in the CBI’s Asthana, which can be defamed by the Modi government.

But the Modi government has entrusted the Vigilance Commission to carry forward the investigation work of the CBI scam. This will clear the situation in a few days.

The manner in which the anti-Modi anti-government forces had created anarchy in the backdrop of the four Chief Justices for defaming the Supreme Court, in the same way, the conspiracy to defame the CBI and denigrate the Modi government is possible.

In the manner in which the then President of Togadia and President Raghava Reddy of the then Vishwa Hindu Parishad had done the trick but he could not succeed. In the same way, the scandal that is going on in the CBI seems to have ended and there will be no harm to the CBI image.

The CBI spokesperson has rightly said that the person is not for the country, CBI will not be bad. Similarly, after the completion of the Togadia era, the office bearers who came to the VHP also said that in any institution, especially in VHP the person is not of the importance. People go to the institution then they go. The importance of the institution remains.

Moin Qureshi was arrested for the first time during the 2014 elections. Narendra Modi also took his name during his rallies in 2014. Moin Qureshi had, at times, told his mouth during the UPA regime that he was getting the protection of Congress President Sonia Gandhi and could not take any action.

In his rallies, Narendra Modi had said that during the Congress rule, Qureshi had such a good relationship with the Congress that even after being in the radar, he had never been questioned. There is a long list of Congress leaders associated with Moines. All these are being investigated. This is the reason behind the CBI bribery scandal.

Last year, the arrest of Nimbalkar and Assistant Director NB Singh in the Lucknow court of ED was just a start. Through this raid, the CBI got an opportunity to enter the enforcement office and investigate the necessary documents. The CBI sources had said that the official information received from the SSP of Rampur was kept under the enforcement diarateate and did not allow him to investigate the activities of the Mita trader Moin Qureshi.

The ED has several pending complaints related to money laundering, which have not been investigated. Former CBI director Parvot of the alleged cage, CBI documents in the context of Ranjit Sinha show that Moin Qureshi visited his car (DL-12-CC-1138) several times to meet his CBI director Ranjit Sinha. Qureshi’s wife Nasreen Qureshi also went to meet Sinha for at least five times from her car (DL-7-CG-3436).

Both cars of Qureshi Dapti are registered with the name of their company AMU Frozen Food Pvt Ltd and C-134, Ground Lor, Defense Colony, New Delhi. Both of these cars have also been moving at the residence of Congress President Sonia Gandhi several times, in which Moeen and his wife are boarding.

Moin Qureshi’s daughter Parnia Qureshi has been married to Congress leader Jitin Prasad’s relative Arjun Prasad. Many leaders like senior Congress leaders Ahmed Patel, Kamal Nath, RPN Singh, Mohammed Azharuddin and Shashi Tharoor are among the top leaders in this list. These are the names of leaders who are going to sit on the house of Moin Qureshi regularly. The Moin family has been sitting regularly at Sonia’s house.

A charge sheet has been filed against Mune Qureshi, a charge sheet filed by the Enforcement Directorate during the Modi government’s rule. Congressman and other politicians who make scams after one trillion rupees after the last one escape from the grip of the law and if Narendra Modi does not become the Prime Minister, then all of these never openly appear.

According to the charge sheet, Qureshi used the services of Pakistan’s Hawala operators to transfer money abroad. Quraishi was using Hawala operator Parvez Ali and his cousin Farooq, who worked in Dubai Sanchez, to transfer money to Europe including other countries around the world. Qureshi had “collected” Rs 7.5 crore from two businessmen Pradeep Koneru and Satish Sena. This is what Satish Sana has been a villain in the CBI case.

Qureshi had promised Pradeep Koneru and Satish Sana to name the former CBI director Ranjit Sinha and AP Singh and they would help him in the cases of ongoing CBI. This is confirmed by the statements of BBM messages and witnesses.

Pradeep Koneru (who was previously accused in this case), witnessed in the money laundering case Pradeep Koneru Money Laundering case, said that Moin Kuresh

  • Swachchh Bharat campaign makes slow progress in UP

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s flagship programme of  ‘Swachchh Bharat’, which was launched on October 2, 2014, is struggling in Uttar Pradesh as against the daily generation of over 15,000 MT of solid waste, only 30 per cent is being processed and recycled while the rest is being despatched to landfill sites, rivers, nullahs, water bodies and agriculture land.

Same is the state of close to a dozen solid waste management plants set up under Jawaharlal Lal Urban Renewal Mission in big cities of the state during the Bahujan Samaj party regime (May 2007- March, 2012). These solid waste management plants are either defunct or working far below their installed capacity to recycle garbage from cities of the state.

Swachh Bharat campaign aimed at eradication of open defecation by the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi on October 2, 2019, by constructing 90 million toilets in rural India at a projected cost of Rs 1.96 lakh crore.

Urban Development Minister Suresh Khanna told mediapersons in Lucknow on Tuesday that all solid waste management plants were functional and admitted that the Lucknow plant was working below capacity. He said that the national average of recycling or processing of solid waste was 35 per cent while it was 30 per cent in UP.

Khanna claimed that the sanitation programme in Uttar Pradesh achieved spectacular success under the Yogi government as out of total 653 Urban Local Bodies (ULB), 630 were declared as Open Defecation Free (ODF). He said that over 7 lakh toilets were constructed after the Yogi government came to power in March 2017, over 1.41 lakh toilets were being constructed and 22,900 community toilets were also built. Khanna added that in 653 ULBs, there were total 12,007 municipal wards and door-to-door collection of garbage was being done in over 7,000 wards. He claimed that each ULB had been provided dustbins to prevent littering of garbage.

“In the national sanitation survey in 2017, of the 434 cities, as many as 50 cities from UP figured in the worst 100 cities. But in 2018, this number came down to zero and four UP cities were declared as most clean cities of India,” he claimed.

A study by Centre for Science and Environment, a public interest research and advocacy outfit in New Delhi, said on Monday that if more toilets and septic tanks were built without sewer systems, it would swamp the State.

  • PM’s unveiling Patel’s statue will be BJP’s 2019 campaign launch

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is virtually kicking off its campaign for the 2019 general elections by taking out ‘Ekta Yatras’ across Gujarat in the run up to the unveiling of the 182-foot statue of Sardar Patel by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on October 31.

The Prime Minister will unveil the tallest statue in the world, Statue of Unity, on the birth anniversary of Sardar Patel at Sadhu Bet, near Narmada Dam.

The almost Rs 3,000 crore statue is being projected by the BJP as a symbol of unity and as a message that the Congress underplayed the contribution of Sardar Patel towards the country in favour of the Nehru-Gandhi family.

As a precursor to the unveiling event, the Bharatiya Janata Party is taking out ‘Ekta Yatras’ across Gujarat from October 19 to 29. The yatras will carry a prototype of the Statue of Unity all through the length and breadth of the state.

Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani will flag off one such Yatra from the historical Bardoli town in South Gujarat where Sardar Patel launched his Bardoli Satyagraha.

Similarly, Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel will flag off another Yatra from Karamsad, the hometown of Sardar Patel.

Likewise, many Ministers of the government will flag off other modules of the Yatra from different regions of the state. All these modules will tour around 5,000 villages of Gujarat through the 26 Lok Sabha constituencies of the state before the big event.

The ruling party also plans to hold get-together events at district levels during this period. The party also plans to expand its reach to the public where district-level expansion officers will be appointed full time within six months.

“Through the Ekta Yatra, we will be reaching out to the villages and showcase the development we have carried out at the state and central level,” says state BJP President Jitu Vaghani.

He added: “After independence, it is for the first time that the central government has announced minimum support prices (MSP) of 1.5 fold of the production cost of farm produce like paddy, maize and millet.

“The BJP is working for the development of the farmers and farming and we are receiving overwhelming response from them,” Vaghani claimed. Even after the big event, the BJP government is gearing up for visits by state delegations to the tallest statue and the Narmada dam.

Right now, Gujarat Ministers are inviting Chief Ministers, Deputy Chief Ministers, Governors and other dignitaries, including the President and Vice President, to the statue site. The BJP ruled state delegations are expected to visit the statue during the entire November month, one by one.

“This is done so for the sake of convenience. We cannot accommodate and entertain them all of them at a single go. So the visits from them will be one after other,” Nitin Patel told reporters.

  • Prime Minister Modi ensured triple talaq has no place in country: Amit Shah

BJP chief Amit Shah on Monday said Prime Minister Narendra Modi has ensured that triple talaq has no place in the country despite facing opposition from the Congress which “never cared” for the honour of Muslim women.

Shah was addressing an event, where a sizeable number of Muslim women were in attendance, ahead of the November 28 Assembly elections in Madhya Pradesh.

“The Congress never cared for the honour of Muslim mothers and sisters. It has no courage to deal with issues like triple talaq. Despite stiff opposition from the Congress, (Prime Minister) Modi has ensured that it (triple talaq) has no place in the country,” Shah said.

The Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Ordinance was  promulgated on September 19 under which instant triple talaq has been declared illegal and punishable with a jail term of three years for the husband.

Shah said the BJP has encouraged women not just by words but by giving them important responsibilities, including as defence and external affairs ministers ministers, governors and chief ministers.

He said that the BJP had created a “record” in honouring women while the Congress had done nothing for them despite being in power for a long time.

“Not just by words, but Modi government has given them (women) space in the Union Cabinet by inducting nine women ministers including Nirmala Sitharaman as defence minister and Sushma Swaraj as external affairs minister,” Shah said at the”kamal shakti samvad” function.

Swaraj has been given prime responsibility of establishing good relations with countries and enhancing trade with them, Shah said.

He added that during the BJP rule, six women were appointed as governors of states, including that of Madhya Pradesh who earlier was Gujarat’s first woman chief minister.

He hit out at the opposition party for “disrespecting” senior BJP leader, late Vijaya Raje Scindia, affectionately known as Rajmata, claiming that she had been “oppressed” and jailed.

He added that Scindia never gave up despite the Congress troubling her for long, and this had led to the “lotus (BJP symbol) blooming in the entire region”.

Eulogising Scindia, the BJP chief said that the ‘Rajmata’ was like a mother to all party workers whom she constantly encouraged.

Her life is a lesson and an inspiration, Shah told the gathering.

Scindia was born on October 11, 1919 at Sagar in Madhya Pradesh and passed away on 25 January, 2001.

She was a Member of Parliament for many years between 1957 and 1998.
