The Mossad agent’s name is Serkan Cicek. Investigations revealed that Cicek was in contact with Faisal Rashid, a member of Israel’s online operations center. Rashid assigned Cicek a specific task, which involved surveilling a Palestinian activist who opposed Israel’s Middle East policy.

Investigations also showed that Cicek, despite his real name being Muhammed Fatih Keles, changed his name due to significant business debts. After changing his name, he quit his business and founded the Pandora Detective Agency in 2020. Following this, he began working as a private investigator.

During this time, he met Musa Kus and lawyer Tugrulhan Dip. Musa Kus, who is currently in prison for allegedly spying for Israel, helped Cicek and his associates obtain private data from public records. Cicek worked with both Musa Kus and Tugrulhan Dip in his spying activities.

After Cicek became a spy, Mossad agents took notice of him. On July 31, Faisal Rashid contacted Cicek on WhatsApp, posing as an employee of a foreign law firm.

Rashid tasked Cicek with four days of surveillance of a Palestinian activist residing in Basaksehir. In return, Rashid paid him $4,000 in cryptocurrency on August 1. Kus, who is serving a 9-year sentence, Cicek accepted Rashid’s proposal.

This event has raised serious concerns in Turkey. The reason is that Turkey has long supported Hamas and Palestine. If Mossad intensifies its operations in Turkey, there is a risk of chaos in the country.

Some people consider it an eye-opening revelation for President Erdogan. Turkey and Israel have strong trade relations. Israel’s oil and gas also pass through Turkey. Thus, Mossad’s activity in Turkey could also be a cause for concern for this relationship.

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi acknowledged on September 11th that Iran’s high-grade uranium stockpile is buried beneath debris following Israeli and US attacks. Araghchi’s statement followed the UN nuclear watchdog’s designation of Iran’s enriched uranium stockpile as a serious concern. The agency stated it has not received any information about Iran’s activities since the June attacks on its nuclear facilities.

Even if Iran were to rebuild its destroyed nuclear sites, it would still require approximately two years to produce nuclear weapons, according to sources from the Jerusalem Post, citing Israeli army officials.

The Jerusalem Post also reported that dozens of female Mossad agents were deployed to Iran during Israeli attacks on Tehran’s nuclear and missile programs in June. Mossad Director David Barnea emphasized the crucial role of women during the 12-day conflict. The activities of these female agents remain undisclosed. Mossad deployed them for missions ranging from surveillance to ground operations. Barnea sent hundreds of Mossad agents to Iran for simultaneous operations, targeting radar platforms, ballistic missiles, and locations destroyed by Israeli aircraft.

Amidst the continuous threats of missile attacks from the Houthis, Israeli political sources have revealed to Al-Arabiya that the Israeli military intelligence agency ‘Aman’ and ‘Mossad’ are working diligently to prepare a comprehensive list of targets in Yemen to strike Houthi centers and assassinate the group’s leaders.

Iranian police announced the detention of approximately 21,000 suspects during the conflict with Israel. These arrests were based on information received from the public. However, the judiciary reported a figure closer to 2,000.

Police spokesperson Saeed Montezerolmahdi stated that the arrests resulted from 7,850 reports received via the national emergency line 110. He highlighted a 41% increase in public calls during the 12-day conflict, along with the detention of 21,000 suspects, indicating heightened public vigilance and involvement in ensuring national security.

In 2011, three Iranian nuclear scientists – Abdulhamid Minouchehr, Ahmadreza Zolfaghari Daryani, and Rouzbeh Vadi – co-authored a research paper presented at the 18th Iranian Nuclear Energy Conference. Fourteen years later, none of them remain alive. Two were killed by Israel, and one was executed by Iran.

On June 13th, just hours before an attack on Iran, Israel eliminated Minouchehr and Zolfaghari. Seven weeks later, on August 5th, Rouzbeh Vadi was executed on espionage charges for Mossad. In a post-execution Iranian TV program, Vadi was shown in a video confessing to his crimes. In the video, he admitted to providing Mossad with information related to a nuclear center that Israel targeted during the conflict, and he shared information about an Iranian nuclear scientist.

According to Iranian judicial authorities, Rouzbeh Vadi established contact with Mossad through a virtual social network. He then traveled to Vienna under the guise of a training course, where he met with Mossad officials five times. However, the judicial statement leaves out crucial details, including how long Vadi was in custody. According to the Iranian Human Rights Organization, Vadi was arrested around February 2024 and was held in prison from that time onwards.

Iranian diplomat Mehdi Sobhani has alleged that Israel was aided by neighboring countries during its operations within Iran. He specifically claimed that Israeli drones entered Iranian territory from Azerbaijan. Sobhani made these accusations during a press conference on June 27, adding that Iran has information on Israel’s actions and has requested Azerbaijan to investigate. This aligns with earlier reports from Iranian state media, which cited intelligence suggesting Israel had smuggled mini UAVs into Iran.

The strained relationship between Iran and Azerbaijan, partially due to Azerbaijan’s close ties with Israel, has fueled suspicions surrounding the crash. The potential for a fresh inquiry arises from Iran’s claims of Azerbaijan’s involvement with Mossad. Despite the official investigation’s initial findings, which attributed the crash to adverse weather conditions, the current situation has triggered renewed scrutiny.

Azerbaijan has refuted Sobhani’s claims, deeming them baseless and provocative. The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry stated that the remarks lack credible evidence and urged Iran to prevent such actions. Furthermore, Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev was requested by Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian to conduct a probe into Israel’s alleged use of its territory to smuggle UAVs.
