A blood donation camp is being organized by the Youth Hostels Association of India Dhamtari unit on National Youth Day. Camp will be held in the district hospital from 9 am to 12 noon on January 12. Yogesh Gupta, chairman of the institution, said that on the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda, a symbol of youth power, any healthy person can become a virtuous person by donating blood in this camp. This is the institution’s slogan for this program. Those interested in donating blood can contact Youth Hostel officials Yogesh Gupta, Hukum Chand Jain, Manish Chandrakar, Rameshdev and Subodh Mahawar. All blood donors will be given certificates from the Youth Hostel.

New Commissioner of Raipur Division A. Kulbhushan Toppo takes charge, Durg division also has additional charge
The new Commissioner of the Division, A. Kulbhushan Toppo has taken charge of the Divisional Commissioner Office Raipur on Wednesday. The former commissioner of the division G.R. Churendra took over and congratulated him for his new responsibilities. It is noteworthy that A. Kulbhushan Toppo has been given the additional responsibility of Commissioner of Raipur Division as well as Commissioner of Durg Division. Deputy Commissioner Raipur Anand Anand Christ, Deputy Commissioner (Development) Sarita Tiwari and other officers and employees of the office were also present during the appointment. Former Commissioner of Raipur Division G. R. Churendra has now been made the Commissioner of Bastar Division. He already had the additional responsibility of Commissioner of Bastar Division in addition to Raipur Division. It is also noteworthy that TC Mahawar, commissioner of Durg division retired last month.
