  • Collector inspected the construction work of NH

    Collector Shri Mahadev Kavre also observed the construction works of NH on June 24, 2021. Taking seriously the road construction work being constructed near Lambdand from Pathalgaon, he has given strict instructions to complete it at the earliest. Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Panchayat Shri KS Mandavi and other officers were present on this occasion.

  • Under the Student Accident Insurance Scheme, an amount of 1 lakh has been approved

    Collector Shri Mahadev Kavre, resident of Kunkuri development block village Dumrtoli, under the Student Accident Insurance Scheme under the Education Department. Devindra Yadav’s father Shri Harihar Yadav, Class V Elementary School, Dumrtoli died suddenly on 17 November 2020 due to drowning in the pond. Under the Student Accident Insurance Scheme, financial assistance of 1 lakh has been approved for the father of the deceased, Mr. Harihar Yadav.

  • Collector took a meeting of the deadline of district officials through mobile application

    Collector Shri Mahadev Kavre today reviewed the implementation of departmental plans by meeting deadline of district officials of all departments through mobile application. Through online virtual application in the meeting, Superintendent of Police Shri Balaji Rao, Forest Officer, Shri Krishna Jadhav, CEO, District Panchayat Shri KS Mandavi, Deputy Collector R.K. N. Officers of all other departments, including Pandey, all subdivisional officers, district CEOs and officers of the urban body, joined the employees.
    Collector Shri Kavre instructed all the officials to provide timely answers to the questions asked during the budget session of the assembly. For this, all officers were instructed not to go on leave without prior notice.
    The collector inquired about the status of Kovid-19 vaccination in the district. He instructed to complete 100% target given for Kovid vaccine in all health centers. For this, the health department and municipal front line health workers, police, revenue, Anganwadi assistants related to women and child development, workers and officers associated with Panchayati Raj system, instructed the employees to compulsorily vaccinate. He instructed all the department heads to compulsorily vaccinate the employees pending for their vaccine. The Collector directed CIMAHO regarding second phase vaccination and said that those who have been vaccinated for 28 days should be given the second phase vaccine. For this, they should be informed departmentally and personally. SP Shri Balaji informed that about 50 percent of the employees in the police department have been vaccinated and the rest are being vaccinated. He talked about maintaining the migration register systematically in all panchayats of the district. In which information about people going to work in other district or state from Panchayat level can be available and can be easily detected in case of unpleasant incident with anyone outside the district. Collector Shri Kavre has instructed all the panchayats to take punitive action against employees who do not maintain the Migraine Register.
    The collector instructed to purchase cow dung in the urban bodies and rural areas of the district under the ambitious Godhan Nyay Yojana of the district and to make organic fertilizers updated on the portal with priority. He instructed all Gothan officials to sync the data by entering information about daily dung purchases. He said that there is a delay in payment after the information about cow dung purchase is not entered on the portal on time. After every 15 days the dung purchase is paid, so upload the data of the dung purchase that takes place between the 1st to the 15th day on the portal. Along with this, instructed to enter the manufactured organic fertilizer on the latest information portal. So that we can get the proper amount of total organic manure produced in the district and the fertilizer can be sold through cooperative societies. The Collector also instructed to complete the Vermitaka being constructed for preparing organic fertilizers in the second phase of Gothan as soon as possible. He also directed to get the Gauthan committee formed after getting approval from Gram Sabha in Gauthano of recurring pastures.

  • Collector inspects Ramsama of the garden, Girgahan Gauthan

    On 27th January 2021, Collector Shri Mahadev Kavre inspected the second phase of garden development block, Ramsama and inner village Gauthan.
    Collector Shri Kavre inspected the organic manure being manufactured at Ramasama Gowthan. He directed to provide employment to women by arranging electricity there and conducting various activities in Gauthan due to the location of Gauthan near the residential area. The Collector instructed to set up a Gobar gas plant at Gauthan and provide gas connection to the nearby township. For this, he asked to submit a proposal. He instructed to start construction work including cattle shed in Gauthan.
    During this, Collector Shri Kavre also visited the inner village Gauthan. He instructed the Gauthan Committee to start cow dung procurement work to conduct the Godhan Nyaya Yojana in Gauthan.
    The Collector instructed to carry out bore-digging, animal sheds, land nadep taka and other schemes for uninterrupted water supply in Gothan.
    On this occasion, Zilla Panchayat CEO Mr. KS Mandavi, Sub-Divisional Officer, Garden Ms. Jyoti Babli Kujur, Deputy Director Agriculture Mr. MR Bhagat, Deputy Director Veterinary Services Mr. GS. Tanwar, District CEO Garden Mr. Binod Singh, members of the Gothan Committee were present along with other officer employees.

  • Collector took a meeting of officials regarding the purchase of paddy

    Collector Shri Mahadev Kavre today took a review meeting of the officers of the Department of Fertilizers, Cooperatives, Marketing Department in connection with the lifting of gunny bags purchased in his room. He said that there should not be any problem in selling paddy to the farmers in the Paddy Procurement Center, take special care of it and the Millers have instructed to purchase paddy from the farmers by providing fair price shops and gunny bags through the committee. He has directed to pay special attention to the Paddy Procurement Center of Pathalgaon Development Block, Ganjhiyadih, Jamjhor, Kotba. In addition, the nodal officers of the concerned paddy procurement center have also been asked to regularly monitor the centers. He has asked the RES department to seriously undertake the construction of platform in Boki, Ara. It is instructed not to take any kind of negligence. On this occasion, Chief Executive Officer of District Panchayat Mr. KS Mandavi, Additional Collector Mr. IL Thakur, District Food Officer Mr. GS Kanwar, Cooperatives, Marketing, RES, officers of urban bodies were present.
    It is worth mentioning that for the marketing year 2020-21, 22392 farmers have been registered in the district for purchasing paddy, whose registered area is 44567 hectares. Two and a half times farmers have registered for selling paddy in the district as compared to last year. So far, 12013 farmers have sold about 62735 mitric paddy in the society. This year 5 new procurement centers have been started in the district.
