  • The family took to the streets to get justice for the gold medalist daughter after her death, demanding the CM to bulldoze the house of the accused.

Karan Mishra, Gwalior. In the case of the death of a newly married daughter of a Black Taekwondo gold medalist in Gwalior, the family members have opened a front against the administration and the police. For the last 7 days, the entire family along with her mother and maternal uncle have been sitting on a dharna at the Phoolbagh intersection of the city to get justice for their daughter. He says that today uncle Shivraj is not the CM in the state, hence his nieces are not getting justice even after their death.

In fact, in Gwalior’s Phoolbagh intersection, a family is sitting in the bitter cold to get justice for their daughter. His daughter Muskan Arya was a gold medalist and black belt player in Taekwondo. Muskaan was working as a government sports teacher in Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan. Muskan was married with great pomp in the year 2023 to Chandan Arya, resident of Birla Nagar Colony No. 2 of Hazira area.

But only after 5 months, on 24 November 2023, Muskaan tried to commit suicide by hanging herself. After which, under suspicious circumstances, her in-laws admitted her to Birla Hospital. Muskaan died on 26 November 2023, 48 hours after being admitted to the hospital.

After the death of the girl, Hazira police station had registered a case under 304B against the husband, father-in-law, mother-in-law, maternal uncle and father-in-law. The family alleges that 8 to 9 injury marks were found on their daughter’s body. This makes it clear that his daughter Muskaan has been murdered. Therefore, along with death sentence to the culprits, the government’s bulldozer should run on their houses.

Strict action should be taken against murderers

Manju Arya, mother of deceased Muskaan, says that strict action should be taken against the murderers of her daughter. To get justice for the daughter, we have to stay, eat and sleep at Phoolbagh. He further said that today uncle Shivraj is not there so his niece Muskaan is not getting justice either. He has appealed to the new Chief Minister. Daughter Muskaan should get justice. At the same time, he has also appealed to PM Modi for justice. Muskaan’s maternal uncle Akash also says that such action should be taken against all the accused in the case which will set an example. Anyone should think four times before committing crime against daughters.

    Case registered against five in-laws

On the allegations of the family members of the deceased Muskaan, SSP Rajesh Singh Chandel says that he conducted inquiry and other investigations after the death of the newlywed. During this time, on the basis of whatever evidence was available to the police, a case of 304B has been registered against five people from the in-laws’ side. Out of which husband Chandan Arya, father-in-law Balchand Arya, mother-in-law Asha Arya, Nandoi Manoj Arya have been arrested. While the search for maternal uncle and father-in-law Prem Narayan Arya is going on. The family members sitting on the dharna have been advised that other medical tests are still to come. In such a situation, if other evidence is found in the medical report investigation before filing the charge sheet in the court under the guidance of senior officers, then other sections will also be increased.

Let us tell you that before marriage, 24 year old Muskaan lived in Shatabdi Puram Deendayal Nagar area with her mother, two younger sisters and a brother. His father had abandoned him a long time ago. After this, Muskaan worked hard and started working as a physical teacher after winning gold medal and black belt in Karate and Taekwondo. But meanwhile she was married and the news of her death after just 5 months of marriage shocked the entire family. After his death, now the entire family is protesting on the road to get him justice.
