The team of Municipal Corporation Zone 10 Municipal Investment Department on Tuesday prevented illegal plotting on about 9 acres of private land near the school near Boriakhurd Marg. Under the leadership of Zone Commissioner Dinesh Kosaria, Zone Executive Engineer Sibulal Patel, Assistant Engineer Fattelal Sahu, City Investment Deputy Engineer Lochan Chauhan reached the spot. Traffic was interrupted by cutting road made for illegal plotting with the help of 3D. Zone Commissioner Dinesh Kosaria said that action was taken on getting public complaints right as per the order of Municipal Corporation Commissioner Saurabh Kumar. The team of Corporation Zone 10 Municipal Investment Department removed the plinth built by illegal plot cutting and broke it with 3D. Information is being extracted about the actual land owner of this private land. The Municipal Investment Department of Corporation Zone 10 has written a letter to Raipur Tehsildar and requested to give information. As soon as the information of the actual land owner is received from the Tehsildar’s office, strict legal action will be taken against the landlord illegal plotting under the provisions of the Corporation Act. An FIR will be registered in the police station concerned.
