<p>At a youth dialogue held in Nirmali, Supaul district, Bihar, under the &#8216;Let&#8217;s Inspire Bihar&#8217; initiative, IPS officer Vikas Vaibhav addressed the attendees.  The event, coordinated by Kumar Bhagwat, saw enthusiastic participation from students.  Vaibhav expressed optimism about the future after witnessing the students&#8217; zeal. He encouraged them to contribute positively towards building a developed Bihar within a developed India by 2047, emphasizing the importance of education and entrepreneurship.</p>



<p>He noted his delight at the impact of the &#8216;Let&#8217;s Inspire Bihar&#8217; campaign&#8217;s messages even in the remote areas of Bihar.  Vaibhav shared the Vedanta messages, connecting minds and explained the perspectives of Bihar&#8217;s ancestors. He stressed the necessity of uniting people, rising above caste, creed, gender, and ideological differences to build the future.</p>



<p>He highlighted that the development of Bihar is crucial for India to become a developed nation by 2047.  He envisioned a developed Bihar where residents would not need to seek education, employment, or healthcare elsewhere.  He emphasized drawing inspiration from their ancestors and contributing with the mantras of education, equality, and entrepreneurship, overcoming divisions.</p>



<p>&#8216;Let&#8217;s Inspire Bihar,&#8217; with over 250,000 direct members, has become a significant social movement for the development of Bihar. The initiative has established 27 free centers in 14 districts of Bihar, with over 600 startups directly involved. Over 50,000 people have benefited from more than 300 free health camps organized by doctors.</p>



<p>Furthermore, numerous social activities are organized by social workers.  The &#8216;Developed Bihar @ 2047&#8217; vision was released at the Startup Summit 2025. The goal is to establish chapters in every panchayat of Bihar by 2028 and to establish at least five startups in each district, providing employment to over 100 individuals through the campaign. Efforts need to be made at every level to achieve the goals.</p>

<p>The Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, has issued an order promoting seven officers from the Chhattisgarh Police Service (SPS) to the Indian Police Service (IPS). The notification was released on August 27, 2025.</p>



<p>The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) had approved the selection list 2024 on August 26, 2025. This list was prepared during a selection committee meeting on August 6, 2025. According to this list, seven officers of the Chhattisgarh State Police Service (SPS) have been promoted to IPS.</p>



<p>Promoted Officers:</p>



<p>1.  Pankaj Chandra (Born: June 21, 1972)<br>2.  Bhawana Pandey (Born: November 11, 1974)<br>3.  Vimal Kumar Bais (Born: July 1, 1968)<br>4.  Harish Rathore (Born: July 6, 1971)<br>5.  Vedvrat Sirmaur (Born: February 22, 1972)<br>6.  Rajshree Mishra (Born: June 19, 1970)<br>7.  Shweta Srivastava Sinha (Born: July 8, 1977)</p>



<p>The order from the Ministry of Home Affairs states that these officers have been appointed to seven vacant posts in the Chhattisgarh cadre. This promotion has boosted the morale of the officers and has created a sense of enthusiasm among other officers of the state police service.</p>

<p>Kuldeep Dwivedi, a dynamic Indian Police Service (IPS) officer from the Jharkhand cadre, has been appointed as a Joint Director in the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). An official notification regarding this appointment was issued on Tuesday by the Department of Personnel and Training. Dwivedi, an IPS officer of the 2005 batch, will serve until January 17, 2026, completing a five-year deputation period, or until further orders. Similarly, C. Venkat Subba Reddy, IPS (Assam-Meghalaya cadre, 2007 batch), DIG, CBI, has also been appointed as Joint Director of the CBI. His tenure will last until October 29, 2029, upon completion of a five-year deputation, or until further orders. The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) approved the appointments of both senior IPS officers as Joint Directors in the CBI, as per the notification issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT).</p>
