The new generation Hyundai Venue is slated for launch in India on November 4, 2025. The SUV has been undergoing testing, and spy shots reveal significant design changes. The front fascia will be completely redesigned. The new generation will likely incorporate segment-first features. The vehicle is expected to retain the same engine and gearbox options. The exterior updates include a redesigned grille, split headlamp setup, vertical LED DRLs, new alloy wheels, and thicker cladding around the wheel arches. The rear profile will also be updated with a sharper appearance, inspired by larger Hyundai SUVs like the Creta and Palisade. Interior features are expected to include Level 2 ADAS, ventilated seats, and a 360-degree camera, with a redesigned dashboard similar to the Creta. Engine options will likely include the 83 BHP 1.2L naturally aspirated petrol engine paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox, and the 118 BHP 1.0L turbocharged petrol engine offered with a 6-speed manual and 7-speed DCT. The new Venue is anticipated to be priced slightly higher than the current model.

Hyundai is gearing up to launch the facelift model of its mid-size sedan, the Verna. Recent reports indicate that camouflaged test mules have been spotted on Indian roads, suggesting an early 2026 debut for the new Hyundai Verna facelift. The focus this time appears to be on significant design updates, mirroring the approach taken in previous facelifts.

The new Verna is expected to feature the signature taillamp design that extends across the rear of the car, with new LED elements to enhance its appearance. The rear bumper will also receive a redesign to make it more appealing. While spy shots currently focus on the rear design, substantial changes are anticipated for the front fascia. It is expected to draw inspiration from the Hyundai Elantra and Sonata, featuring a more bold front grille, larger projector headlamps, and sleek LED DRLs.

Major interior design changes are not expected in the facelifted Verna. However, Hyundai might introduce new features such as a larger infotainment display, a new instrument cluster, wireless smartphone mirroring, and an updated ADAS safety suite. The current Verna is priced starting from ₹10.69 lakh (ex-showroom), and the new facelift is likely to see a price increase. Upon launch, it will compete with the Honda City, Skoda Slavia, and Volkswagen Virtus.

The engine lineup for the new Verna is expected to remain the same as the outgoing model. It will include a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine, producing 113 bhp of power and 144 Nm of torque, paired with a 6-speed manual or IVT gearbox. Additionally, a more powerful 1.5-liter turbo petrol engine will be available, delivering 158 bhp of power and 253 Nm of torque, coupled with a 6-speed manual or 7-speed DCT gearbox.

Mahindra is preparing to update the XUV700, a significant vehicle in the D-segment SUV market. Spy shots offer a glimpse into the upcoming facelift, which will compete with models such as the MG Hector, Tata Harrier, and Tata Safari. The test mule, heavily camouflaged, reveals design changes including flush pop-out door handles and refreshed side body cladding. The interior is expected to feature a triple-screen dashboard layout, similar to the XEV 9e and upcoming XEV 7e. The facelift may also introduce a Harman Kardon audio system and an upgraded ADAS Level 2+ suite with self-parking capabilities.
