In a blistering press briefing, BJP’s fiery spokesperson Sambit Patra declared Rahul Gandhi India’s ‘foremost traitor’ following a disruptive protest by Youth Congress members at the ongoing AI Summit in New Delhi. The incident has ignited nationwide fury, with Patra accusing the opposition of sabotaging India’s international prestige.

The AI Summit at Bharat Mandapam drew global spotlight, featuring over 100 nations, 20 heads of state, 60 ministers, and hordes of industry titans, researchers, and innovators. With 2.5 lakh participants and countless sessions, it marked India’s bold entry into hosting world-class tech conclaves.

Chaos ensued when four Youth Congress leaders infiltrated the venue. Disguised with inside-out T-shirts, they registered legitimately before dramatically removing their outer layers to protest, leading to their immediate arrest. Identified as Krishna Hari, Kundan Yadav, Ajay Kumar, and Narsimha Yadav, Patra claimed their ploy was hatched at Rahul Gandhi’s home under the watchful eyes of the Gandhi family.

‘Congress mistook a national pride event for a political playground,’ Patra thundered. He portrayed the summit as a testament to India’s burgeoning tech scene, startup revolution, and youthful ingenuity—achievements the protesters sought to undermine.

Patra pointed to seething anger among India’s youth, particularly Gen Z, who see this as an attack on their future. ‘India’s rising global respect is under siege from those who prioritize petty politics over progress,’ he asserted.

As the summit progresses with groundbreaking discussions, Patra’s salvo highlights Congress’s alleged disregard for national interests. He called for unity in celebrating India’s feats, vowing that such ‘anti-national’ tactics would face public backlash. The episode serves as a stark reminder of polarized politics amid India’s tech ascent.
