Other regions likely to be affected include Uttarakhand, East Uttar Pradesh, Jammu-Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, East Rajasthan, West Uttar Pradesh, and West Rajasthan. Additionally, the IMD has issued warnings regarding strong surface winds over Kerala &amp; Mahe, Lakshadweep, Karnataka, Rayalaseema, Telangana, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, and Yanam. A yellow alert has been issued for Delhi, with rain anticipated in the city this week.</p>
