The brand has developed a unique flat tracker based on the Guerilla 450, often using these vehicles as testbeds for upcoming projects. This flat tracker is designed for high performance on dirt tracks.

The FT450 was specifically built for Royal Enfield’s 2025 slide school program, a collaboration with Dirt Craft and Gary Birtwistle. It is powered by a liquid-cooled 450cc Sherpa engine from the Guerilla 450. The bike features a stripped-back chassis, flat track bodywork, 19-inch rims with custom hubs, and revised ergonomics to enhance agility.

Additional modifications include a new full-system exhaust and a Fuel X tuning module, which is expected to boost performance to 40 bhp and 29.5 lb-ft of torque, though specific figures are unconfirmed. While the flat tracker won’t be available to the public, Royal Enfield is offering a flat tracker-themed GMA accessory pack for the road-going Guerilla, priced at 697 pounds, which includes a bench seat, sump and radiator guards, and bar-end mirrors.

In addition, Royal Enfield has hinted at a new Twin Cylinder Himalayan model, powered by a 648cc air/oil-cooled engine, similar to that found in the Interceptor. The Himalayan was spotted undergoing testing in the Himalayas alongside an EV bike, appearing production-ready with a new engine.
